RW – Raheem Sterling
Likely to be forced out wide to accommodate Sturridge’s return, though having played on the wing 17 times this season he is more than capable of doing a job there. Sterling is one of the most promising players in Europe at the moment, having scored seven times this season and set eight goals up.
ST – Daniel Sturridge
Sturridge will want to gain some kind of match fitness, and form for that matter. After having a brilliant season last term, he is still slowly making his way out of the starting blocks this year having had a terrible injury record.
LW – Philippe Coutinho
Man of the match against Manchester City, it would be impossible not to pick the Brazilian maestro. Scored a beautiful winner and dictated the play for large parts on Sunday, adding to his burgeoning reputation this season
