Fox have messed up again…

Fox have never been very good at world geography; a cursory search on YouTube will reveal a host of errors and misrepresentations whenever it comes to anything outside US borders.

Their latest gaffe should come as no surprise, therefore.

US Soccer activist Ted Westervelt, who campaigns on Twitter for the reform of the MLS and the US Soccer pyramid, quickly noticed that something was strangely amiss on a ‘fan map’ of California.

It purports to show “Facebook fans of MLS teams in California” – but the legend includes Club Tijuana (a Mexican Liga MX side), Chivas USA (who no longer exist), and Sacramento Republic (who are in the USL PRO, the US’s third tier).
