Could his Red Devil career be over after one season?
Two different reports in Spain say Manchester United will look to sell Angel Di Maria in the summer with his display against Arsenal in the FA Cup proving to be the final straw.
The Daily Star quotes reports in Spanish dailies Sport and Mundo Deportivo which state the Argentine is on the way out of United.
There’s particular focus on the red card picked up by the 27-year-old against the Gunners at Old Trafford after manhandling referee Michael Oliver.
Whilst Sport say United are aware their record signing now wants to leave the Premier League, Mundo Deportivo claims he is now available to buy with United eager to hear from potential suitors.
Di Maria has struggled to adapt since arriving in England last summer and despite a fast start in his first few games has failed to live up to his humongous transfer fee.
As well as his poor form, Di Maria has had to contend with the attempted break-in of his £4 million home which has since seen him move his family into temporary accommodation.
