The 24-year-old is regarded as a top talent capable of some spectacular goals, as evidenced in the video below, though it remains to be seen how he might get past the likes of Eden Hazard in Jose Mourinho’s starting lineup.
Still, Chelsea were strongly linked with Costa during the January transfer window, and now look to have wrapped up a deal to bring him to Stamford Bridge for the summer.
