A tough game today for Tottenham’s golden boy who received no service whatsoever. He never stopped running on an otherwise lethargic performance for his side, but was never going to have an effect on the result.

Shored up the midfield after replacing the dreadful Townsend, but Manchester United were in rampant mood and couldn’t be stopped.

Did absolutely nothing when introduced, though the game had gone well before he came on.

Made a nuisance of himself when he came on, but didn’t have anywhere near enough time to stamp his authority on the game.
