Chelsea may have moved a step closer to completing their first signing of the summer, with Brazilian youngster Nathan tweeting that he’ll be at the Emirates Stadium today to watch the Blues play Arsenal.
The talented 19-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in the past, having impressed greatly in his native Brazil with Atletico Paranaense since becoming a regular in their first-team.

Nathan may have a fight to break into Chelsea’s starting lineup straight away, but could be loaned out before being introduced into Jose Mourinho’s plans – a tactic the club have become known for using in the transfer market in recent years.
According to the Metro, Nathan’s tweet could mean the move is as good as done after negotiations in London, though the club have not yet confirmed anything about the player’s attendance for this match.
