Bayern Munich are ready to make a £100 million bid for Chelsea star Eden Hazard this summer, reports the Daily Express.
The Belgian has been in brilliant form for the blues this season, firing them to the Premier League and Capital One Cup titles. He has 19 goals and 10 assists in 51 matches in the campaign. The 24-year-old was also named the PFA Player of the Year, and is widely seen as the most talented player in the Premier League.
However, he might not be for much longer if the Bundesliga champions have their way. With manager Pep Guardiola coming up short in the Champions League over the last two seasons, the Bavarian side could be looking to strengthen ahead of another attempt at the title next time round.
At the same time current wingers Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben are both over the age of 30, meaning that replacements will be needed in the near future. As both are so important to Bayern, it is likely they will be looking for high profile signings to bolster the team as they get older.
