The forward has spent much of the current season on the sidelines because of the success of attacking trio Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, and Neymar. He has made 45 appearances, but only 19 of them have been starts. Those starts have generally come when one of the latter three were either being rested or were ruled out of matches.

The Telegraph reports that the Catalan club may be looking to get rid of the 27-year-old for such a cheap price as his contract ends after the next campaign. The Premier League quartet are all allegedly circling, with £7 million a very low fee for a player in his prime who has 315 appearances and 98 goals for Barca – as well as 50 caps and 16 goals for Spain.
