1) Manuel Pellegrini (Manchester City)

Surely the worst of the lot is Manuel Pellegrini. Despite having huge amouts to spend since arriving at Manchester City, the Chilean has arguably failed to make even one good signing. The likes of Stevan Jovetic, Alvaro Negredo, Jesus Navas, Eliaquim Mangala and Wilfried Bony have all been massive flops, while Fernandinho and Martin Demichelis have been hit and miss at best.
