Chelsea enlist the help of super-agent to sell £23.3 million flop

The 20-year-old is one of the most highly rated youngsters in Europe after scoring 20 goals for the Belgian side. This has led to the trio of bigger sides looking in to a move for the player. He will cost £8 million for whoever manages to complete a transfer.

Spurs are apparently in the lead for the forward, having already asked RSCA about his availability and made the Serbia international one of their priority targets. This comes after a season in which manager Mauricio Pochettino had to rely heavily on the miraculous season of Harry Kane for goals. The 21-year-old netted 32 times in the last campaign but can’t be trusted to do that every time.

Meanwhile, the Stamford Bridge may not be as bothered about signing Mitrovic after they completed a season long loan deal for Radamel Falcao from AS Monaco. The 29-year-old scored just four times in 29 games for Manchester United last time round, but Jose Mourinho appears to still think he can be a serviceable backup to Diego Costa for the Blues.
