Chelsea agree deal with £22m Man United & Liverpool target as Blues close in on top quality forward

Stamford Bridge side set to complete attacker signing.

Chelsea are reportedly leading the chase to sign Barcelona star Pedro according to the Daily Express.

The 27-year-old has fallen down the Nou Camp pecking order since the arrival of Luis Suarez and is said to have agreed terms on a four year contract with Chelsea.

Liverpool and Man United are also both keen on Pedro but Jose Mourinho has seemingly stolen a march on his Premier League rivals.

Pedro started just 15 La Liga fixtures last season with Barcelona boss Luis Enrique opting to use Suarez, Lionel Messi and Neymar as his first choice attacking options.

A move for Pedro would perhaps be with a view to filling the right-sided attacking berth at Stamford Bridge with the Spanish international being a far more effective weapon in the final third than the likes of Willian and Juan Cuadrado.

Pedro has frequently played second fiddle at Barcelona but has still racked up 98 goals in just over 300 appearances for the Catalan side and has helped Barcelona to a host of honours during his time at the club.
