Man United boss Louis van Gaal has already invested upwards of £80m in new signings this summer but is ready to push on with moves for three more additions.
The Old Trafford side look set to sell Angel di Maria to PSG (via BBC Sport) whilst van Gaal has also pushed for the sale of David De Gea this summer (via The Guardian) and sales of the pair could net the club around £70m.
Man United are closing in on a deal to sign Barcelona forward Pedro for a rumoured fee of £22m (via The Independent), the sum it would take to trigger the 27-year-old’s release clause.
Louis van Gaal also plans to bring in Benfica winger Nicolas Gaitan with Man United said to have reached a verbal agreement (via the Metro) to complete the £21m deal to bring in the Argentine international.
Van Gaal is also ready to invest £17.8m in Ajax keeper (via the Metro) Jasper Cillessen as a direct replacement for De Gea.
Louis van Gaal has already brought in Memphis Depay, Matteo Darmian, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Morgan Schneiderlin and Sergio Romero this summer.
