Manchester United transfer BOOST as £35m target’s contract talks break down

United still have hope of landing top target.

Manchester United may still have some hope of landing Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos this summer after reports in Spain suggest his contract talks with the club have broken down.

The Spanish international has been linked with United for much of the summer, but recent reports suggested he had penned a new deal at the Bernabeu to resolve his future.

Still, it seems these reports may have been premature, and Ramos is now open to a move to Old Trafford due to continued disagreements with Real over his wages, according to AS.

Ramos would be an ideal signing for the Red Devils as they look to add a more established name to their relatively inexperienced back line.
