Liverpool have confirmed the signing of a new striker in the form of Taiwo Awoniyi via their official Twitter account, with the youngster immediately loaned out to Frankfurt.
The Nigerian Under-23 international is an exciting prospect in African football, and could be one for the future at Anfield, though he currently faces plenty of big-name competition up front.

Liverpool also signed Christian Benteke and Danny Ings this summer, while Divock Origi returned to the club on loan from Ligue 1 outfit Lille.
