Chelsea striker Radamel Falcao is wanted by Serie A giants AC Milan this January after his unsuccessful spell at Stamford Bridge could be ended early.
The Colombian is on loan from AS Monaco, but looks a shadow of his former self after two highly disappointing seasons in the Premier League.
According to Fichajes.net, Falcao is now a target for Milan as he may return to Monaco in the January transfer window, while other clubs have also recently been linked with him.
