Jurgen Klopp begs Liverpool to sanction move for Real Madrid star Toni Kroos

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has urged club bosses to move and seal a deal for unsettled Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos, according to reports in Spain.

The Germany international is regarded as one of the finest ball playing midfielders in the world, and despite being a regular under Carlo Ancelotti, he has grown frustrated at not being able to force his way into Rafa Benitez’s side on a consistent basis.

Reports from several outlets have claimed over the past month that Kroos could look to push through a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu in the near future, and Liverpool are said to be one of the clubs ready to pounce for his signature.

Klopp will already know full well what the 25-year-old is capable of, having witnessed him at close quarters during his spell in the Bundesliga.

And furthermore, he has identified Kroos as the ideal man to help smooth the transition at the club, which has been exasperated by the exit of legend Steven Gerrard and the ongoing injury concerns surrounding Jordan Henderson.
