Arsenal have reportedly made a second improved offer to sign highly-rated young Leicester City defender Ben Chilwell, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.
The Gunners are thought to have been tracking the youngster for months and have apparently already made a £3million offer for his services.
However, the Foxes turned the offer down and sought to keep him at the King Power Stadium by giving him some playing time, but the report has suggested that Arsenal have since made another offer to prize him away from the East Midlands.
But Leicester aren’t giving him up without a fight and are preparing a new offer to convince him to remain at the club, which will likely be heavily based around prospective playing time.
Chilwell could have options elsewhere, too, as both Liverpool and Tottenham are believed to be keeping tabs on him.
