Even though Chelsea have endured a horrendous campaign this season, Willian has set himself apart with a series of excellent performances.
The 27-year-old has been a rare ray of light for the Pensioners, and has ultimately been rewarded with two prizes in the club’s end-of-season do.

As noted by @ChelseaFC, Willian’s double victory equals a club record, as the South American star becomes only the third player—after Eden Hazard and Juan Mata—to win both of the Pensioners’ main prizes in the same season.

Even though Chelsea have struggled to shine this term—picking up no silverware, failing to qualify for the Champions League and falling well short of last season’s standards—Willian has delivered a series of impressive performances.
