West Ham chairman David Gold was so pleased with Cheikhou Kouyate’s opening goal against Chelsea in the EFL Cup that he decided to share a picture posing alongside the star midfielder.
Now we know Kouyate is tall but we were not aware of just how tall he is – or how short Gold is – until he posed alongside the Hammers boss.
Kouyate dwarfed Gold in the picture in both height and width.

The midfielder ended up scoring his first goal in his last 10 games for the East London based outfit following the 2-0 victory over the Blues.
