Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been pictured watching from the stands after being overlooked by Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho once more.
Mkhitaryan watches on next to Anthony Martial and Eric Bailly who were ruled out of today’s game with foot and knee injuries respectively.

The president of the Armenian football federation has been quoted revealing that Mkhitaryan is available for selection and he “doesn’t know” why Mourinho continues to leave him out.
Hayrapetyan (via Armenpress): "I've talked with Mkhitaryan. He also doesn't know what Mourinho is thinking. "He trains & is in good shape"

The Guardian reported in the summer that Manchester United parted with £30 million to secure the services of the 27-year-old. His start to life in the Premier League has not been straightforward, however. He has recently overcome a muscle injury that which ruled him out for a month – but why he is not being selected now is a mystery.
With United struggling in recent weeks, you could argue that Mkhitaryan’s creative exploits would be of great use. Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s goals have also dried up, perhaps he would benefit having a player who provided 15 assists in the Bundesliga last season providing for him.
