Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has responded to recent speculation that Manchester United could try to seal the ambitious transfer of Blues star Eden Hazard.
The Belgium international is one of the best attacking players in the world and is not a player Conte would want to lose, but there is talk that Jose Mourinho wants a reunion with him.
According to the Sun, Mourinho could try a £90million offer to bring Hazard to United, but Conte didn’t appear overly worried about the rumours.
Speaking at his press conference today, the Italian brushed it off as one of many transfer stories that come up at this time of year.

Conte on Hazard to Man Utd reports: “In this period there are a lot of rumours & we have to live with them. My players are very clever to be focused on playing, to go game by game, not to listen to these rumours. A lot of this is not the truth” #cfc

Chelsea fans probably don’t need to worry about losing Hazard to a major rival, but Diario Gol have recently suggested talks are at an advanced stage to bring him to Real Madrid.
