Bayern Munich are reportedly looking set to sell Jerome Boateng to Paris Saint-Germain imminently and replace him with Stuttgart defender Benjamin Pavard.
This is according to German source Abendzeitung, who report that Boateng is set to cost PSG around €50million, and that some players at the Allianz Arena are not happy about the prospect of him being sold.

Pavard, however, shone for France in their World Cup-winning squad this summer, establishing himself as one of the most promising young players in Europe.
The 22-year-old could surely be an ideal long-term replacement for Boateng, who has had his injury troubles and looked past his peak in recent times.
This will no doubt be a frustrating story for Manchester United fans to read, however, with Sky Sports linking them with Boateng just a few days ago.

The transfer deadline in England has now passed, so United must now wait until January to sign a new centre-back, with none coming in this summer.
The Red Devils started their 2018/19 campaign with a 2-1 win over Leicester City, but this followed a somewhat unconvincing pre-season, with their squad not looking a great deal stronger than the one that finished 19 points behind Manchester City last year.
Boateng may not have been the answer, but many United fans will surely agree that a player of his experience, who now looks set to make another big move instead, would probably have been a pretty big upgrade on players like Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo.
