Premier League winner rushed to the hospital in scary heart scare

Former Premier League goalkeeper Mark Bosnich was rushed to the hospital after complaining of chest pains.

Currently working as a pundit for Stan Sport alongside colleagues Max Rushden and Craig Foster. They revealed that the scary health situation happened before Paris Saint-Germain Champions League clash with Real Sociedad on Thursday morning.

Rushden revealed the news to the viewers during the show (via Daily Mail):

“For those of you who don’t know, he had chest pains, he’s had a stent put in.”

“We miss you buddy. I hope you’re well and feeling OK.”

Mark Bosnich won the Premier League with Manchester United

The Australian keeper who played for Manchester United and won the Premier League with them in 2000 is regarded as a ‘cult hero’ due to his contribution to the game on and off the pitch.

His career spans over almost 20 years, spending the majority of his time in the Premier League playing for the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Aston Villa.

He made 217 appearances for Villa, keeping 83 clean sheets and won the League Cups with them.

With Manchester United he was in the squad that won the Premier League and the Intercontinental Cup.
