Exclusive: “Stay where you are” – Pundit doesn’t want Harry Kane Premier League return

Harry Kane has settled into life at Bayern Munich exceptionally but the club as a whole has been chaotic this season which has led to rumours of the former Tottenham star returning to the Premier League.

The England star’s 25 goals see him sit top of the Bundesliga’s goal-scoring chart this season but the 30-year-old must feel like he is some sort of jinx as Bayern look like they will not win the title for the first time in 12 years.

Amid the chaos at the club known as “FC Hollywood”, reports have linked Kane with a move to Chelsea but former Liverpool star Stan Collymore does not want to see Kane return to the Premier League.

Harry Kane needs to stay at Bayern Munich beyond this season

Kane needs to remain at Bayern Munich and help them through this bad patch says Collymore and even though it looks like he won’t win a trophy this season, it will come in the future.

“Football agents now and again will brief the press about their clients and therefore, I was disappointed to see that Harry Kane was linked with a move back to the Premier League this week amid the ongoing struggles of Bayern Munich,” Stan Collymore said in his latest exclusive column for CaughtOffside.

“Harry may be happy at Bayern, but I would be saddened if the Englishman returned to his home country. Why? The whole point of joining a club is because you have a genuine belief that you can help them achieve things and although it looks like that is not going to happen for him this year, all I can say is stay where you are. Kane is at a big club and if you don’t win the league this year, there is a very good chance you will get your hands on it next season.

“It would be refreshing for Harry to address these rumours and make light of the stories as he more than likely knows that people are saying he is a jinx and they are making their jokes. All he needs to do is say he is staying and in it for the long haul and if he does that, the trophies will come.”
