Tottenham Hotspur have made an enquiry to sign the Sassuolo defender Tarik Muharemovic, according to Tuttosport.
The Bosnian defender has performed well in Italy and will cost €25 million. It will be interesting to see if Tottenham follow up on the enquiry with an official proposal to sign him.
The asking price is quite reasonable for a talented defender like him, and Muharemovic could easily justify the investment in future. The 23-year-old has shown his quality in Italy, and he has the attributes to thrive in England as well.

Spurs move could tempt Tarik Muharemovic
The opportunity to play in the Premier League will be exciting for him, and Tottenham have an exciting project. Even though they are struggling right now, they could bounce back strongly next season. They have brought in a quality manager, and a couple of additions during the summer transfer window could transform them.
Spurs might need to invest in multiple central defenders in the summer. Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven have been linked with a move away from the club, and they will need to be replaced. It remains to be seen whether they decide to sign the Bosnian.
Roberto De Zerbi is a quality manager who has shown his Pedigree in Italy, England and France. He could unlock the true potential of the 23-year-old defender and help him improve further.

Spurs need Muharemovic
Spurs have been abysmal defensively, and they need to improve at the back if they are serious about competing for European football next season. Signing the 23-year-old could be a wise decision. Muharemovic would be a high-quality, long-term addition for them at a very reasonable price.
Inter Milan wants to sign the defender as well, and Tottenham should look to move quickly in order to win the race for his signature.
