Pedro Neto has been linked with a move away from Chelsea this summer.

Simon Phillips said on his YouTube channel: “Chelsea would sell him if the money’s right.
“I believe similar sort of money that they are asking for Malo Gusto, which is reportedly around £70-£75m.
“And he’s got interest from Tottenham, Liverpool are interested in him, Manchester City, which has been public,
“I have heard from a source over the weekend that Arsenal are also interested in Neto.”
Arsenal could use more quality on the flanks, and the Portuguese international would be a useful option for them. He can operate on either flank, and he will help create opportunities for his teammates. He is well settled in the Premier League, and he has shown his quality consistently.

Neto asking price could be an issue
Chelsea are reported to be holding out for a fee of £70-75 million. It is highly unlikely that Arsenal will pay that kind of money for him. There is no doubt that he is a quality player, but his end product is simply not at that level. Arsenal will be hoping to sign him for a more reasonable amount of money. It remains to be seen how the situation unfolds.
Meanwhile, clubs like Liverpool and Tottenham are keeping tabs on the player as well. Both teams could use more depth in the wide areas. Liverpool have been linked with players like Bradley Barcola as well. On the other hand, Tottenham are keen on the Manchester City Star Savinho.
Both teams need more unpredictability, pace, and technical ability in the final third. Neto could be a very useful acquisition for all three Premier League clubs. It remains to be seen where he ends up. Chelsea will have to be reasonable with their demands in order for the move to go through.
