Spurs star set for £12m exit: A good move all round!

One Spurs player may well have played his last game for the club, but only if Ramos gets the right amount of cash for the faltering star.

Roy Keane will this week try to convince Darren Bent that he can re-ignite his England prospects at Sunderland.
The Black Cats boss is desperate to land the Spurs striker in a £12million deal, with Kenwyne Jones on the long-term injury list.
Bent’s representatives have indicated that they are willing to speak to Sunderland if the two clubs agree a fee.
Aston Villa and Blackburn are also interested in the 24-year-old hitman, who cost Tottenham £16.5million. (Daily Mirror)

Darren Bent is nowhere near as bad as the media would have you believe. He may not have been worth the huge fee Spurs paid for him, but there‘s not much the former Charlton man can do about that. Now Ramos rightly wants to recoup as much as he can from the sale. With all cylinders firing, the England international is a 20-goal-a-season striker, so it will be interesting to see who he opts for.

Do Spurs fans think that Bent got a fair crack of the whip?
