The News reports that Arsenal have all but wrapped up a deal that will take Leeds United starlet Fabian Delph to the Emirates.
It was revealed last month that Sunderland and West Brom have been tracking Leeds’ 18-year-old midfielder Fabian Delph. Bolton are also impressed with the hot prospect, according to sources.However, The News claims that Premier League giants Arsenal have swooped for the England U19 international and are about to agree a £6 million deal.

Fabian Delph has impressed many with his performances at the Elland Road club this term, and I guess Gary McAllister was ready and waiting to deal with offers for the impressive midfielder, but even he will be surprised at the speed at which the likes of Arsenal have gone about their scouting.
Maybe the upcoming potential rule change relating to homegrown players is a catalyst, but whatever the reason, the 18-year-old looks to have a bright future, and this source seems to suggest that it’s almost a signed and sealed certainty that the Bradford boy will be making the move south very soon.
