Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny has insisted that he is happy to stay at the club for the time being but admitted that he will likely have to move on should they fail to overcome their trophy drought soon, Sky Sports reports.

The 27-year-old played a key role as the club ended the season with a 10-match unbeaten run in the Premier League to clinch fourth spot ahead of north London rivals Spurs. His form in that run in has reportedly caught the eye of Bayern Munich and there have been rumours that the European champions are preparing a £15m bid to land his signature.

Arsene Wenger has already warned a host of clubs off his players, and though Koscielny has confirmed that for the time being he his happy with the Gunners, the drought continues and the French international is desperate to end the run.

“I feel good at Arsenal, if we have ambition to fight against the other teams of course I want to stay here,” Koscielny told Eurosport.

“It’s hard psychologically. We are constantly pressured because if Arsenal is not in the Champions League it would be a catastrophe.

“It is hard to not win titles year after year. We are competitors, professionals, we want to win. I want to add to my list of achievements. If Arsenal cannot allow me that, I’ll seek a move elsewhere.”
