Wenger is reportedly keen to bring in fresh wide attacking options which is perhaps unsurprising given the injury problems suffered by the likes of Lukas Podolski and Theo Walcott, as well as the sale of Gervinho to AS Roma.
Real Sociedad are keen to keep hold of Griezmann but appear to admit that the hopes of doing so hang in the balnce,
‘We want to keep him for as long as possible,’ a club source told Marca.
‘But we have a battle to convince him to stay – we know clubs are interested in him.’
This source claims that Real Sociedad would be looking to secure around £20m from any potential sale.
