The 21 year old Blues star doesn’t appear to have a future under Jose Mourinho and would do well to secure a permanent Stamford Bridge exit so as to avoid stagnating on the Chelsea bench or leading a nomadic existence being repeatedly loaned out by the west London side.

Lukaku has more than proven himself at Premier League level, scoring 17 times for West Brom despite making just 20 top teir starts, before securing an impressive 15 goal haul at Everton last season.

Mourinho’s decision to send Lukaku to Goodison Park last season could well have cost Chelsea the title as doing so left the Portuguese manager having to depend on the likes of Fernando Torres, Demba Ba and Samuel Eto’o for goals and all three players were found wanting.

Lukaku comfortably outscored the trio and could well make a real impact at the 2014 World Cup finals which could well lead to his £20m valuation soaring.
