Liverpool have reportedly agreed a deal with Lille to sign highly rated Belgian attacker Divock Origi according to the BBC.

The Anfield side will pay £10m for the 19 year old, who was part of Marc Wilmots 2014 World Cup squad, and will become the fourth signing of the summer for the Merseyside outfit.

Brendan Rodgers is expected to see Luis Suarez leave this summer and his summer spending is clearly well underway with Southampton pair Rickie Lambert and Adam Lallana and German midfielder Emre Can having already joined the Premier League side.

Liverpool are still pursuing Barcelona’s Alexis Sanchez and are said to be in advanced talks with Benfica in their pursuit of Serbian international Lazar Markovic.

Origi moved from Racing Genk to Ligue 1 side Lille back in 2010 and had a stand-out campaign at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy last term, helping his side to secure a Champions League berth and then went on to score for Belgium against Russia in Belgium’s group stage encounter.

Such a move may leave Fabio Borini and Iago Aspas concerned for their respective Liverpool futures.
