Gunners midfielder is very keen!
Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has not yet returned to the Gunners for preseason training.
He has been given extra time off due to his involvement with England at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
However, the Ox is no longer in holiday mode.
The 20-year-old former Southampton star is working hard in a bid to be as fit as possible for the new campaign.
He uploaded the below video of one of his private gym sessions on Sunday, along with the message: “Working hard, getting them last few runs in before pre season starts for me. Can’t wait to get back into it now #OxSoonCome #PrePreSeason”.
The video was seemingly filmed by his personal trainer, who can be heard encouraging him.
