Former Arsenal midfielder Alex Song joined West Ham United from Barcelona on a season-long loan last month.
The 26-year-old is proud to be following in the footsteps of his uncle, Rigobert Song, who played 27 times for the Hammers between 2000 and 2002.
Alex uploaded the below image to Instagram on Wednesday, along with the message: “family passion same club”.
He is likely to make his West Ham debut against Hull City on September 15.
