The electronic giants, who are reportedly paying the club £18m per year, look set to be replaced by Turkish Airlines.
Samsung have sponsored Chelsea’s shirts since 2005.
Esteve Calzada broke the news of Chelsea’s potential sponsor chance on Twitter.
Calzada is the CEO and founder of Prime Time Sport, a former Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer at FC Barcelona and a FIFA Agent.
