Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos pretended to not know who Jose Mourinho was when asked about his former manager’s comments, in which he criticised the defender for laying in to Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa, reports the Daily Mail.

The Spain international had questioned whether the pair were faking their injuries when they pulled out of the most recent national team squad, and the Portuguese coach subsequently defended his players.

However, when asked by a reporter to reply to the Chelsea boss’s comments, the centre-back simply replied, “I have nothing to say to the president of Celta,” seemingly confusing Mourinho with Celta Vigo president Carlos Mourino. Having worked under Mourinho for three years prior to Carlo Ancelotti’s appointment at Los Blancos, Ramos was surely having a dig at the 51-year-old by pretending to forget who he was.

This quote will only continue the feud that has been going on between the pair for a couple of weeks now.

Meanwhile, both the English and Spanish clubs have been having great seasons, and sit top of their respective leagues.
