The Brazil international joined the Blues in the summer of 2012 for a reported fee of £25 million [via BBC Sport] and has played a key role in helping the side clinch a first Premier League title in five years.

He scored six goals and assisted a further eight in 28 league appearances for the West London outfit, but was somewhat overshadowed by the likes of Cesc Fabregas and Eden Hazard during the campaign.

In April, Mourinho dropped a hint that the former Internacional man would be leaving by questioning whether he was good enough for the Pensioners, according to the Independent.

The Old Lady are hoping to convince the Blues to part company with the 23-year-old for as little as £9 million, but in the event that a permanent deal falls through, will propose a season-long loan deal with the prospect of signing the player on a long-term deal next summer, according to the Mirror.

According to Tuttosport, via the Express, Juve’s representatives are looking to clarify their interest in the player in a meeting with Chelsea’s officials next week.
