The former Real Madrid star experienced a difficult first season in the Barclays Premier League following his club record transfer last summer and has been linked with a move away to Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich when the transfer window opens [via Metro Sport].

United manager Louis van Gaal has already gone on record saying he will not stand in Di Maria’s way should the player wish to leave, however, Rojo has hinted that his compatriot is doing all he can to be a success for the Red Devils.

“I’m taking some English classes with Di Maria,” the Argentine told the Manchester Evening News.

“Although to be honest, I have to say we laugh more than learn in those classes sometimes. But we are both really interested to learn more of the language here,” Rojo added.

Di Maria was able to register a credible 10 assists during his debut season in England and his brilliant goal against Leicester City in the early weeks of the campaign shows the quality remains and the question will be as to if he can produce it on a more consistent basis next year.
