Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos looks to be edging even closer to a move to Manchester United this summer after collecting some belongings from his current club’s training ground.
According to Marca, the Spanish international returned to the club to hold talks with managing director Jose Angel Sanchez, but there are suggestions these talks may not have gone well.
Ramos has been strongly linked with a move to Old Trafford after a contract dispute at the Bernabeu, and all signs now point towards him becoming Louis van Gaal’s latest big-name signing.
Angel Di Maria made the same move last summer, to mixed success, while the Red Devils have already brought in one big name in Memphis Depay so far this year.
