Chelsea captain John Terry has been pulling no punches during the international break as he looks to keep fit ahead of the latest push to turn the club’s fortunes around.
The 34-year-old has proved that he still has the stomach for a fight by donning the gloves to work on his fitness while his international colleagues are still away.
Terry has been taking part in personal training sessions to ensure he is in peak physical condition when Chelsea return to action against Norwich against Norwich at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
He uploaded a video of himself to Instagram this week highlighting his boxercise session with the caption: ‘Smashing a few sessions during the international break making sure I stay fit.’
