Memphis Depay deletes all record of Manchester United on his Instagram account

Memphis Depay has gone on an Instagram cull which could lead to more speculation that his time at Manchester United is set to be cut drastically short in the summer.

The Dutchman has unfollowed all of his United teammates on the social media account, and deleted all but one picture – of him and his girlfriend in front of the Eiffel Tower.

It is almost as though the 22-year-old winger is trying to erase all memories of his time at Old Trafford after enduring a very disappointing debut season as a United player.

The Netherlands international, the top scorer in the Eredivisie last term, has scored just two Premier League goals since his £25m move from PSV – fee reported by The Sun.

According to The Sun, Depay has held crunch talks with manager Louis van Gaal as United grow impatient with his poor form and playboy lifestyle away from the pitch.

And his Instagram cull suggests that Depay, a late substitute versus Leicester City today, might have acknowledged, or decided himself, that his future lies away from United.
