Turkish champions in race with PSG for Man Utd midfielder

Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger is one of three players set for a summer exit according to the Daily Mail.

The report claims that Schweinsteiger, Marcos Rojo and Matteo Darmian have all been shown the door.

Turkish league champions Besiktas are reported to be in the race to sign the Germany international midfielder.

The Black Eagles are interested in a loan deal for the former World Cup winner as they are currently financially constrained due to being under the watch of a FFP investigation.

Besiktas could however, face competition from PSG who are also in the race for the the 31-year-old midfielder according to the Sun.

Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho reportedly wants to trim the squad down to 23 players and the future of Juan Mata, Memphis Depay, Adnan Januzaj and Ashley Young also remains in doubt.

The report claims thatUnited are willing to let Schweinsteiger leave but he wants all of the £14 million he is set to receive over the next two-seasons if he does part ways.
