Meddling West Ham boss Alan Curbishley is sticking his oar in where it is most definitely not welcome. Curbs thinks that Shearer should come clean about any interest in sitting in the Toon hotseat, and should stop giving everyone the run around, Curbishley said:
“His shadow falls all over the club. If Shearer doesn’t want the job, he should say and let Newcastle get on with the job of finding a new man.”
So should Shearer, who remains the fans favourite to take over at Newcastle, declare whether he is interested in the job or not and stop fannying about.
