12. Victor Valdes to Liverpool
Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes sparked a mad dash for his signature this summer when announcing he will not be renewing his contract at the Nou Camp when it expires at the end of next season.
Barcelona are now likely to sell the 31-year-old Spanish star at the end of the current campaign and Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City are all thought to be interested. Liverpool’s ability to do a swap deal involving Pepe Reina puts them in pole position.
11. Victor Wanyama to Manchester United
Celtic managed to keep hold on Kenyan enforcer Victor Wanyama in the January transfer window but he looks destined to leave the Scottish Premier League in the summer for upwards of £8million.
The 21-year-old holding midfielder is wanted by Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson to add a bit of steel to the Premier League leaders and it seems only a matter of time before the deal in concluded.
