7. Stevan Jovetic (Fiorentina)
Arsenal are keen to sign £25million forward Stevan Jovetic and made him their number one transfer target in the summer after ditching plans to return to sign Barcelona striker David Villa, who may yet still move to the Emirates Stadium in the summer after a January deal failed to come off.
The 23-year-old Jovetic, a Montenegro international forward, would be regarded as the new Robin Van Persie should he sign on the dotted line at Arsenal.
The one stumbling block to any deal would be the price tag with Arsene Wenger never having splashed out more than £15million on a play, which he paid for Andrei Arshavin, but he seems determined to bring Jovetic to England.
