Brazilian defender David Luiz was a £25million capture from Benfica when joining Chelsea in 2011 and has been a regular in the side this season, whether at centre-back or in central midfield.
The shaggy-haired Luiz knows how to pick a pass or dribble out of defence, as you might expect of a Brazilian, but has never 100 per cent convinced that the Premier League is suited to him and vice versa.
But that has not stopped Barcelona wanting to sign Luiz, who they see as the ideal long-term replacement for Carlos Puyol in defence. The fact that the player himself has declared an interest in moving to La Liga means this one might just happen.
