French club the latest in a line to come in for Portuguese boss.
Tottenham boss Andre Vilas-Boas appears to have no shortage of admirers within the game according to The Daily Mail.
Wealthy French side Monaco have apparently joined the list of clubs who have approached the Portuguese boss about taking over at the club.
The Ligue 2 champions were reportedly hoping to tempt AVB away from White Hart Lane in the hopes that he would lead their charge against PSG.
Monaco are hoping to build a team capable of challenging their Parisien rivals on both domestic and European fronts.
They have been highly active in the transfer market this summer, including pulling off the signing of Colombian sensation Radamel Falcao.
Monaco are just the latest club to try and prise AVB away from North London. Last month, PSG approached the young manager about taking over from the Real Madrid-bound Carlo Ancelotti, while there were even rumours prior to that about Vilas-Boas taking over the Real Madrid seat itself.
It is a complete turnaround from just over a year ago where, having been sacked by Chelsea, the manager’s reputation was in tatters.
But a highly impressive season with Tottenham, which saw them miss out on a Champions League place by a point, appears to have been sufficient to restore his credibility throughout the game.
