San Siro side target St James’ Park flair player.
Inter Milan lead the chase to sign Newcastle United winger Hatem Ben Arfa according to the Newcastle Chronicle.
The Magpies are reportedly ready to sell the 26 year old and are said to be looking to recoup the £7m they paid Marseille for the attacker back in the summer of 2010.
St James’ Park boss Alan Pardew is ready to conduct a major clear-out this summer with Ben Arfa joining the likes of Papiss Cisse, Sylvain Marveaux and Shola Ameobi as possible exit bound talents.
Ben Arfa has started just 12 of Newcastle United’s 26 Premier League fixtures and may well be ready for a fresh challenge.
Newcastle United started the season well but have nosedived since the turn of the year, with star turn Yohan Cabaye’s exit certainly a mitigating factor.
Pardew’s side has lost six of their last eight Premier League fixtures.
Ben Arfa is capable of creating something out of nothing but is a player who continually blows hot and cold and has arguably never lived up to his potential.
