Liverpool have the most exciting attack in the Premier League.
Strikers Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge are the two top scorers in the division, while they are ably supported by the likes of the rapidly improving Raheem Sterling, the creative Philippe Coutinho, Jordan Henderson’s industry and veteran Steven Gerrard pulling the strings.
However, Brendan Rodgers’ men have been rather porous at the back in comparison with top four rivals Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City at the top of the table, who have conceded 21, 27 and 27 goals in respectively.
Liverpool have conceded 35 in 27 games, and while their form hasn’t been damaged too much due to the continued prolific form of their forward players, the return of Lucas could balance the team.
