The Englishman is in hot water after headbutting Hull’s Meyler.
Check in to Newcastle United vs Everton
Newcastle United beat Hull City 1-4 in the Premier League on Saturday but the big talking point of the match was manager Alan Pardew’s headbutt on David Meyler.
The Englishman has since been fined £100,000 and many are calling for the 52-year-old to be sacked for being so unprofessional and abusing a position of authority.
As expected the Twitterati have gone into meltdown over the incident and here are the best and funniest of those tweets.
Only Alan Pardew would push someone away using his head rather than his hands… #HeGoat

Alan Pardew didn’t headbutt him, HE MERELY PUSHED HIM AWAY WITH HIS HEAD

The most distressing aspect of the Alan Pardew incident is the fact that someone with Tony Hart hair could even contemplate a headbutt

On the pitch, under Pardew’s guidance the Magpies are doing very well once again in the English top tier.
The victory over the Tigers keeps Newcastle in eighth position and just two points behind seventh-placed Manchester United.
However, with the Toon having trouble with their image of late – including talks of WWE star Vince McMahon taking over the club and issues with stadium name changes – this latest outburst by Pardew will do little to help.
